Chopute provides a tool that allows users to search for business contact information — including names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, websites, and ratings — by business type and location.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Account & Payment

• Access to full features requires a one-time payment as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• This is a one-time payment for lifetime access — there is no recurring subscription charge for this plan, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a different plan you select.
• Payments are processed through our designated payment partner(s). By making a payment, you agree to their applicable terms as well.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Chopute only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, spam, defraud, or deceive any individual or business
• Resell, redistribute, or republish the Service's underlying data as a competing product without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's systems beyond normal use
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service

5. Accuracy of Data

Chopute aggregates business information from public sources and makes reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that every result is complete, accurate, or up to date, since business information changes over time and is sourced from third parties. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for business decisions or outreach.

6. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

Chopute provides contact data and tools to help you find potential leads. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, response, or business relationship. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including how you use the data.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access granted upon payment, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Chopute name, logo, website design, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us. The business data surfaced through searches is sourced from public listings and is not exclusively owned by us, but our compilation, organization, and presentation of that data within the Service is protected.

9. Third-Party Data Use & Compliance

When you use Chopute to contact businesses found through the Service, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding unsolicited communications, telemarketing, and data protection in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the business you're contacting (for example, do-not-call regulations or anti-spam laws). Chopute provides the data; how you use it to contact others is your responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chopute and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost business opportunities, inaccurate data, or third-party conduct.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, without affecting any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
